It has been a wonderful experience living at the Sands. We enjoy all of our neighbors and the friendly staff. My daughter loves walking around the pond, playing with friends on the turf, at the pool, and at the park. I use the 24-hour gym quite often and appreciate the accessibility. We are very pleased to live here! My only complaint is that I feel the rent is higher than it should be.
Angelique has been amazing in getting everything set up for us! Her amazing personality is the reason we moved in honestly! When we walked for the tour she knew everyone and every little doggy knew her and was happy to see her! You can tell it's not just the residents that love her! The facilities look beautiful! Our apartment has more natural light than I could have dreamed of! I can't wait to start enjoying everything this complex has to offer! The concierge trash is something I never knew I needed and the guy who picks it up is super nice too!
Sands at Clearwater is a great place to live. The people are friendly and I've never felt unsafe. You won't find a better place to live in the Clearwater area, especially if you want to be close to the beach. It's such a welcoming, tight knit community and the only place I've been able to truly call home during my stay at Clearwater.The Sands Team are all friendly and helpful, they put on events and everyone is always eager for what they have planned. I would recommend Sands at Clearwater to anyone looking for an apartment.I recently had to relocate due to work, but would have never left otherwise as everyone from Corazon, Angelique and Nick at the leasing office to the maintenance staff have ALL gone above and beyond to ensure that I was happy there. During my stay there, I genuinely enjoyed the experience. I've also had the chance to chat with several people who've stayed there before, and they highly recommended The Sands, assuring me that I shouldn't worry about anything. I can honestly say I had no complaints, my time there was fantastic!
Nick and Angelique were extremely helpful and patient in getting my family set up in the a new apartment. The community is very nice, and well kept up. We look forward to out year here at The Sands.
Staff are kind and responsive with a good handyman team. Pool is lovely as is the clubhouse. The gym equipment needs updating; the stairs and hallways are stained and dirty. Am told this will be addressed.
I have lived here for over a year and the property is fantastic. Appropriately priced, grounds are perfectly maintained as well as the amenities. All maintenance is serviced quickly and done right. Nick Metts, Corazon Diaz, and all the maintenance personal are extremely friendly and know how to get the job done right. They are true professionals and know how to keep every residence happy and comfortable. I highly recommend these apartments not just because of the it's great location and amenities but because of the people here who run it. Absolutely stress free living with everything you would want from high quality apartment living!
The sands was a great apartment for me. Great location. Very clean property and the staff is nice. The pool is solid and saltwater.
Dog park needs work but it's there. I would highly recommend the sands to anyone looking in this area
I couldn’t have ask for a better staff than the staff at the sands at Clearwater. I am so thankful that Nick was there through the whole process. He answered every phone call & email that I had. He was so helpful in person as well. Very nice & caring. In the passed, I had horrible experiences with my previous apartment, no one was helpful. It was very stressful living there, but now I can say I am very happy living at my new apartment . Thanks again Nick!! (:
